We think you’ll love our product, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of receival for all UK-based orders.  Please ensure the product is unused & in its original packaging.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Please get in touch via the contact us page.  Please ensure the product is unused & where relevant is in its original packaging.  Customers are responsible for the postage of returns, and all items must be sent using a tracked/signed for form of delivery.

I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If you request an exchange for another product, we will deliver the new product to you on receipt of the returned original order.  Whilst we aim to get orders out the same day, please allow 7 business days but typical delivery time frames are 3-5 business days.

If you asked for a refund, we will process the refund on receipt of the returned original order.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for the money to clear in your account.
